Your files
A local file selected in the panel is read on this device. Quick review processes a beginning sample; a full scan processes the entire file. Selecting or inspecting a file does not upload its raw records to XENTHK or an AI provider.
Cleaning creates a separate copy; your original file is unchanged. The selected file and running scan are held in the open tab. Closing the tab or reloading may require selecting the file again.
Sharing with AI
In file chat, before the first question for each source you see what would go to the model and your choice is applied: field names, data types, where the data came from (source information), a small number of sample records (5 by default) and the results of calculations run on this device. Nothing is sent to the model until you answer; you can change your choice from the source’s “Model sharing settings” link. Fields you mark as never used are never sent to the model; fields whose values you hide are used by their names only. In results, identifier fields appear under pseudonyms; mapping them back to real values happens only on this device. Your messages and the answers you type on question cards go to the model as written; rows of your data never travel this way. The raw file and the rest of the data stay on this device.
A numeric summary is not anonymization. A minimum, maximum or median can reveal an individual observation. Review both the summary and the recipient model before sharing.
The product assistant is a separate conversation. Your help question and relevant history from that conversation may be sent; your analysis conversation and file results are not added to the help package. Do not enter passwords, keys or confidential records in chat.
Shared information is also subject to your chosen AI provider’s data handling terms. Review the provider and your account settings before sharing.
Company and team access
Company membership does not automatically share personal files, connections or API keys. Workspace permissions and source reading/analysis permissions are checked separately.
Binding a company source records the identity of a review scope, without uploading the raw file. Numeric results you explicitly approve for sharing are stored by XENTHK and made available to people with result-reading permission in that workspace. Changes to source or membership authority trigger fresh checks before sharing older work.
Connections and keys
Server connections are set up in the panel that runs in your browser; reading is bounded by the scope you choose and the source account’s permissions. If you want, you can also pair the XENTHK app on this computer to use resources of this device. A bounded copy retrieved from a server does not mean the entire database was reviewed.
Personal model keys saved in the panel are encrypted at rest; settings return only a masked hint. Connections in the local application may be kept in the session or in this device’s credential vault, according to your choice.
Sessions and preferences
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and control access to protected pages. Page scripts cannot read session cookies. Language and appearance preferences may be saved in your browser.
Product pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party audience-tracking scripts. Security and permission changes produce activity records; these are not your file’s raw rows.
